Potato gratin is easy to prepare in the oven Thanks to the few ingredients, the preparation of Maggi Fix für Kartoffelgratin is quick and uncomplicated.
First peel 500g of floury potatoes and cut into thin slices.
To make the dish, heat 375ml water in a saucepan and add 50ml whipping cream.
Then stir in the sachet contents and bring the sauce for the potato gratin to the boil briefly.
Then add the potato slices and simmer for about 3 minutes on a low heat. Stir from time to time so that no lumps form.
Then put everything into a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees/ 170 degrees convection oven until the casserole is golden brown.
