A good goulash has to be juicy, tender and really hearty. Maggi Fix für Gulasch makes it quick and easy. Simply fry 500g of mixed goulash in hot oil and deglaze with 375ml of water. Stir in the contents of the sachet and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer on a low heat. It is easier to cook in the oven: After browning, braise the meat in a closed pot in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 170°C convection oven for 60 to 90 minutes.
