Create a hearty roast pork in the twinkling of an eye - this is how it works With MAGGI Fix for roast pork, preparation is quick and easy: fry 500g of pork in hot oil until golden brown all over, then remove. Deglaze the roast with 375ml water, stir in the contents of the sachet and bring the sauce to the boil. Return the roast to the pot, cover and braise on a low heat or in a preheated oven at 200°C / 170°C for 60 minutes. Stir the gravy occasionally and turn the roast in the pot once.
