Preparation instructions: ***boiling*** Preparation: 300g potatoes, 250g mixed minced meat ( alternatively beef), 1 pepper, 1 tbsp oil Dice peeled potatoes and peppers. Fry the minced meat in hot oil in a saucepan. Fry the peppers and potatoes. Add 250 ml water, stir in the contents of the sachet and bring to the boil. Cover and cook on a low heat for approx. 30 min. until the potatoes are cooked. Stir occasionally. Serve with a salad.
