Mushroom picking is fun again! The wild mushroom cutlet from the oven - in a creamy, spicy sauce refined with chives. With the KNORR Fix products you can delight your whole family. With the popular seasoning base, authentic and varied dishes are guaranteed to succeed.

Preparation instructions: ***Bake*** Add fresh: 350 g schnitzel (e.g. turkey, pork or veal), 250 g mushrooms (fresh or tinned), 100 ml cooking cream and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat) Preparation: 1) Cut schnitzel into strips, clean mushrooms and slice. Place everything in a shallow baking dish. 2) Stir the contents of the sachet into 150 ml cold water and cream. 3) Pour sauce evenly over meat and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection oven 175 °C) for about 30 minutes. We recommend noodles and carrots with this.
