Preparation instructions: ***boil*** Add fresh: 450 g pork, beef or turkey breast fillet and 50 ml cooking cream Preparation: 1) Cut the meat into 6 pieces (medallions) and fry in 1 tbsp hot oil on both sides. Remove and keep warm. 2) Pour 200 ml cold water and cream into the pan. Stir in the sachet contents, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. 3) Add the medallions and let them heat up in the sauce. We recommend serving with sweet potato wedges or croquettes and green beans.
