Knorr Fix for Salmon Cream Gratin

Fish from the oven! Enjoy juicy salmon fillet in a spicy creamy sauce made from fresh cream.

Preparation instructions:
Add fresh: 250 g salmon fillets (fresh or frozen) and 200 ml cooking cream or cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat)
1) Place fresh, thawed or frozen salmon in a shallow baking dish.
2) Stir the contents of the sachet into the cream.
3) Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets. Cook in the preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for approx. 25 minutes. Cook frozen salmon for approx. 35 minutes.
We recommend serving with potatoes and leaf spinach.
