Preparation instructions: ***Boil*** Add fresh: 600 g potatoes, 3 tbsp cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmentaler Preparation: 1) Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Stir the contents of the bag and the cooking cream into 350 ml cold water. 2) Add the potato slices, bring to the boil while stirring and cook over a low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir from time to time. 3) Pour into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven: 175°C) for 30 - 40 minutes until golden. We recommend this dish as a side dish or with a large portion of vegetables as a main course.
