Preparation instructions: ***boiling*** Add fresh: 800 g peppers (red + yellow), 700 g potatoes and 300 g lean minced meat Preparation: 1) Clean the peppers and peel the potatoes. Cut both into cubes. Fry the minced meat in 2 tbsp hot oil for 2 minutes. Add the peppers and potatoes and fry for 2 minutes on all sides. 2) Add 350 ml water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil while stirring. 3) Cover and cook for approx. 25 minutes. Stir from time to time.
