Ingredients for 2 servings 400 g broccoli (fresh or frozen) 50 g grated cheese (16% fat), e.g. Emmental cheese
Preparation
1) Cook fresh broccoli in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes and drain or defrost frozen broccoli.
2) Add the contents of the bag to 300 ml cold water, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute
3) Place broccoli in a shallow baking dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (fan oven: 200°C) for 15-20 minutes
