Preparation instructions: ***1. mix the pudding powder with approx. 2 hect. Tbsp (40 g) sugar. Gradually mix with at least 6 tbsp. of 500 ml cold milk until smooth. 2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, remove from the heat and whisk in the powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a cold-rinsed loaf tin. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to turn out.
