Dr. Oetker Baking Mix for Marble Cake 400g

A classic: The light sponge harmonises with the dark chocolate dough in appearance and taste. The preparation is so quick and easy that there is even more time for enjoyment. The cake mixes from Dr. Oetker make baking delicious box cakes a breeze!

Preparation instructions: ***Baking*** This is what the pack contains: 375 g baking mix 25 g mix with cocoa You will need: Loaf tin (25 x 11 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker somefat some wheat flour And you add: 150 g soft margarine or butter 3 eggs (size M) 100 ml milk and 1 tbsp milk for the dark batter 1 Prepare and batter Grease and flour loaf tin. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C Put the baking mixture into a mixing bowl, add the margarine or butter, eggs and 100 ml milk. Mix everything with a mixer(paddles) briefly on the lowest speed, then on the highest speed for about 3 minutes until smooth. 2 Pour into the tin Pour 2/3 of the batter into the loaf tin. Stir the mixture with cocoa and 1 tbsp milk into the remaining batter. Spread the dark batter on top of the light batter and spiralise both layers of batter with a fork to create a marble pattern. 3 Bake Place the dish on the rack in the oven. Baking time: about 60 min. After about 15 min. bake, cut the cake lengthwise in the middle about 1 cm deep with a pointed knife. Leave the cake in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a cooling rack.
