Preparation instructions: ***Baking*** This is what the pack contains: 335 g baking mix 100 g chocolate flakes You will need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some fat And you add: 1 gl. sour cherries (drained weight 350 g) 175 g soft margarine or butter 3 eggs (size M) 1 Prepare Grease the springform pan base. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 170°C Hot air: approx. 150°C Drain the sour cherries well in a sieve. 2 Prepare the dough Put the baking mixture into a mixing bowl. Add margarine or butter and eggs, mix with a mixer (paddles) on highest speed for 3 minutes until smooth. Then add the chocolate flakes and stir in briefly. Pour the batter into the tin and smooth it out, spread the sour cherries on top, leaving about 1 cm around the edge. 3 Bake Place the tin on the rack in the oven. Baking time: about 60 minutes. Remove the sides of the springform pan and the cake from the base, but leave to cool with the base of the springform pan on a cooling rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar to taste before serving.
