Dr.Oetker Baking Mix for Cream Cheese Cake 385g
Who doesn't know it, the star of every coffee party, presented as a baking mix from Dr. Oetker: the cheese and cream cake. Tender Viennese mass is filled with a fluffy cream of fresh cream and quark, with a hint of lemon.

Preparation instructions: ***Baking*** This pack contains: 235 g baking mix for the pastry 140 g mix for the filling 10 g decorating sugar You will need: Springform pan (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr. Oetker some grease Baking paper Cake ring And you add: 100 g soft margarine or butter 3 eggs (size M) 500 g cold whipping cream 200 ml warm water 500 g low-fat quark 1 Prepare the pastry and bake Grease the base of the springform pan and cover with baking paper. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 170°C Hot air: approx. 150°C Put the baking mixture for the dough into a mixing bowl, add the butter or margarine and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer (paddles) on the highest speed for about 3 minutes until smooth. Pour the dough into the springform pan, smooth it out and place it on the rack in the oven. Baking time: approx. 30 min. Loosen and remove the springform pan rim. Turn the cake out onto a cake rack covered with baking paper and leave to cool. 2 Preparing the base Remove the baking paper from the base. Cut the cake once horizontally. Place the bottom layer on a cake plate. Place a cake ring or cleaned springform pan rim around it. 3 Filling Whip the cream until stiff. Put the mixture for the filling into a mixing bowl, add warm water and whisk well. Stir in the quark in batches, then fold in the cream. Spread the filling on the base. Place the top layer or cut pieces of cake on top, press down lightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, loosen and remove the cake ring. Sprinkle cake with decorative sugar.
