Dr. Oetker Apple Puree Mix

Fluffy, juicy dough muffins with a fruity apple flavour and apple pieces, quick and easy to prepare and ready in 10 minutes. The apple and pepper mixture is also an excellent basis for other delicious dessert recipes.

The staff at the Dr. Oetker test kitchen have developed the "Apple Quark Püfferchen" for you, for example. Simply add 250 grams of quark and a little cinnamon to the apple and quark mixture with flour and egg. It is quick and easy to create a sweet meal that tastes delicious.

Instructions
1: Pour 150 ml milk into a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size M) and mixture and whisk until smooth.
2.: In a large non-stick frying pan, heat margarine or clarified butter over medium heat. Pour in a tablespoon of batter for each one and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
3: Place the apple puff pastry on a plate and serve with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar as desired.
